I’ve really missed Angelina. This was as close to meeting her in person again as it gets. We’ve been in touch since we met at the Marine House camp in 2016. On our Zoom video call, we talked about the COVID-19 pandemic and the different ways it’s affected each of our home countries. We reminisced over the fun times we had in Japan and spoke about meeting in-person again some day. Angelina was supposed to come to the states for a trip with her band program, but unfortunately that could not happen this year due to COVID-19. We’re hoping that some time after we graduate from high school, we can see each other in real time, again.
