On the 28/06/2020 some of the bridge club Australia leadership team ( Grace Mulcahy, Steph Clare-Cover, Sophie Mccracken-Evans, Heather Darbyshire,
Adam Payne, Erin Maitland) had a meeting via zoom to discuss the upcoming events and also catch up with each other. It was really great to “see” everyone virtually and ask how everyone is doing. We also spoke about what the PA camp was like and what activities are coming up this year for the whole bridge club such as the smile masks. A project we are currently doing in our Bridge club is giving cards to people that have worked hard and deserve a pat on the back during these times of hardship such as health care workers and other front line staff. These cards are a token of our appreciation and a sign of recognition to these individuals. We hope that we can meet soon in person to do some more planning and be with our friends.
